Second Stage of Formation

Pre-Novitiate is a time of discernment, exploration and selection of the candidates to religious life, a time of progressive maturity (human and spiritual growth) and a period of transition from the world to life in the Novitiate. This on-going growth and transformation hopefully will bring the formandees to an understanding and ability to discern the will of God regarding their religious vocation and their commitment to it.

MISSION

The Franciscan Sisters of the Immaculate Conception (FSIC), with the accompeniment of Mother General and her Team,commit themselves to:

• Continue the process of personal, human Christian and Franciscan growth.

• Lead a life of geniune live in fraternity and minority.

• Grow in intimancy with Christ

• Participate in the life and mission of the Congregation and the Church

GOAL

To grow continously towards greater integration for an authentic witnessing of the FSIC identity, spirit and mission in the Congregation and the Church.
