MISSION STATEMENT
We, the Franciscan Sisters of the Immaculate conception in the Catechetical Apostolate commit ourselves:
To foster faith formation and total human development through religious education
To live a life of witness to our personal and communal faith
To build witnessing Christ-centred communities

Based on the original intentions of our Founder, our main apostolate is to bring the Word of God to everyone through religious education. (Constitutions Article 76:1)
Following the example of Christ who came “not to be served but to serve” we exercise our apostolate through and with the local Church, sharing the same aspirations, the same ideals the diocese wherever our apostolate takes us. (Constitutions Article 77)
The Franciscan Sisters of the Immaculate Conception being a local Congregation were challenged to journey with the six Arch/Dioceses in Sabah and West Malaysia in the evangelizing mission of building the Kingdom of God in the local Church.
