Introduction

On-going formation is a matter for the adult religious who knows how to reflect on her experience and to take advantage of it for her personal renewal in the midst of he apostolic responsibilities.

Since the religious is a dyanimc human person, she is always being challenged to grow towards that “full maturity of Christ”.

On-going formation provides the necessary continous helps and motivation for a more solid and atuhentic commitment to Christ and His Church which experts from the mature religious a witness of high quality.

The Franciscan Sisters of the Immaculate Conception (FSIC), with the accompeniment of Mother General and her Team,commit themselves to:

• Continue the process of personal, human Christian and Franciscan growth.

• Lead a life of geniune live in fraternity and minority.

• Grow in intimancy with Christ

• Participate in the life and mission of the Congregation and the Church
